A superb performance for the David Squad – Israel’s only independent professional development program – with all available trophies picked up by our super talented boys. Our wonderful Gur Trakhtenberg, won his 1st Tennis Europe U-14 Tournament after winning the title at the ITEC – Tel Aviv. Gur, who didn’t drop a set all the tournament, beat DS teammate, the formidable Halel Ashoosh, 7:5 6:4 in the final between two David Squad players.
Our boys capped the clean sweep when Eyal Shumilov and Tim Vaisman won the Doubles Tournament after beating Mark Iztok Lunder from Slovenia and Makariy Overchenko from Russia 6:4 6:3 in the final.
