Ilan and Evelin are the finalists of the Israeli Junior Championship
David Squad players, Ilan London Menache and Evelin Bortsova, are the singles finalists of the Israeli Junior Championship which took place in Ra’anana.
Ilan lost in the final 6:3 5:7 to Andrei Rogetzki in the Boys’ 14 category, Evelin lost 2:6 2:6 in the Girls’ 12 category to Alin Amsalem. Ilan’s coaches are Andy Zingman and Gabriel Rujinski, Evelin is practicing in Hapoel Ramat Eliahu with Moty Aizikovich in collaboration with David Squad coach Andy Zingman.
Gur Trakhtenberg and Halel Ashoosh won the doubles tournament for Boy’s 16 after beating Ido Samimian and Ofek Shimanov 6:4 6:4 in the final. In the singles, 15 years old Gur finished in the 4th place for Boys’ 16 and Halel (15 years old) in the 6th place. Well done to all our players!
